BStar POS

• BPOS System refers to the Bstar Point of Sale software, including web, mobile, and integrated services.
• User refers to any business, employee, or authorized person accessing the system.
• Subscription refers to the recurring payment required to access and use the system.
• Services include software access, updates, integrations, and technical support provided by Bstar Supplies.

• User accounts are created and authorized by the system administrator.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• The User shall ensure that only authorized personnel access the system.
• The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to negligence in safeguarding login credentials.

• Access to the BPOS system is subject to payment of subscription fees as agreed.
• Subscription fees must be paid on or before the due date.
• Failure to make payment may result in automatic suspension or restriction of system access.
• System access will be restored once payment has been received and verified.
• Users must submit proof of payment to facilitate timely allocation to their account.

The User agrees to:

• Use the system only for lawful business purposes.
• Enter accurate and truthful business data.
• Comply with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
• Not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt system operations.

The User shall not:

• Use the system for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Share access credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system components.

• The User retains ownership of their business data entered into the system.
• The User is responsible for ensuring accuracy and legality of all data captured.
• The Company may store and process data solely for providing services and system functionality.
• Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical business data.

• The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet outages, or technical issues.
• The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from downtime beyond reasonable control.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Update, modify, or improve system features at any time.
• Implement security upgrades or regulatory changes without prior notice when necessary.

Technical support will be provided during official business hours unless otherwise agreed. Support may include system guidance, troubleshooting, and updates.

• The BPOS system is provided on an "as-is" basis.
• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
• The User remains responsible for business decisions made using system reports or data.

The Company may suspend or terminate access if:

• Subscription payments are overdue.
• The User violates these Terms and Conditions.
• The system is used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, business data, and system processes obtained through use of the service.

All software, design, trademarks, and system components remain the exclusive property of Bstar Supplies. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the system during an active subscription period.

Use of the system is also governed by the Bstar Supplies Privacy Statement, which explains how user information is collected, stored, and protected.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi.
